Carrie O'Grady
Hi, my name is Carrie. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have worked in healthcare for the last 12 years. I obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois prior to receiving a degree in nursing. I completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rush University in Chicago. I work with adolescents an adults and specialize in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and more.
My Story
I am a Chicago transplant that fell in love with the beautiful Pacific Northwest and have made it my home.
I have always had an interest in the "why" of people which lead me down the path of psychology and ultimately to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I feel strongly about mental health care and being a advocate for improve access to care and client outcomes. I believe that all people have immense potential and hold the tools within themselves to live a fulfilling life. Supporting people to unlock that potential is my ultimate goal. I work to ensure my clients feel heard and that their opinions are valued.
